Sinking Kerb/roadside

At the width restriction here the kirb is sinking and a pothole forming directly level with the width restriction heading towards Gervase Road. As you can see this has been reported numerous times and was due to be fixed in phase 2 of Barnets road fixing. It is marked as fixed on this site, but please be advised it has NOT been fixed and is now scuffing vehicles wheels due to the poor kirb combined with the sinking already refilled pothole. Please review the matter and actually fix the issue here. I have previously been advised this would be resolved by 17 July 2010. Thanks. Ross.
